Gypsum boards manufactured to metric dimensions may be used


provided the necessary adjustment is made to the stud spacing. 16 inch SAES-M-100

The main runner and cross furring shall not be less than 19.1mm,
38.1mm or 50.8 mm (3/4", 1-1/2" or 2") in depth except that other steel SAES-M-100
