The Characteristics Of The Program

It contains two dictionaries, an Arabic-

English one and an English –Arabic one.
It enables you to search according to the
types of words in the English Grammar.
It translates any text ( word by word) into
English or Arabic and prints this translation.

Entering To The Program

After clicking on the icon of the program, the

following principal screen containing many
choices will show in front of you.

Definitions Of Icons

1- selects and displays the English-Arabic

dictionary.
2- selects and displays the Arabic-English
dictionary.
3- a search box, type inside of it the word
you are searching for.
4- when you click on this icon, the following
 screen, which concerns translation, will show.

Choose the word or phrase you want to translate. The

meaning of the words will show in two different ways.
We will be talking about this later in the choice
“Options”.
5- to enter to the choices / options of the
program. After you click on this icon, the following
options will show:

I- Always On Top: To have the program’s screen

always on top of all the opened windows.
II- Filter On Type: To filter the words according to
their types ( Nouns, Pronouns, Adjectives,
Adverbs…..)
III-Activate Ctrl+F12: First of all select the word or
phrase you want to translate, then press these two
keys.
IV- Activate Mouse: After selecting the words or
phrase by mouse, they will be directly translated.
 V- Show on Activate: After running the
program, and clicking on Minimize, and
then translating any phrase. The program
will be directly Maximized.
VI- Show Text: To show the names of the icons
VII- Abbreviations Meaning: To discuss the
meaning of words abbreviations.
VIII-Change Language: To change the language of
the screen from Arabic into English or vice-versa.
IX-About: Program’s rights
X- Help: To know how to use this program .
XI- Exit: To go out of the program.

6- To copy the meaning of the word

7- To print out the meaning of words or the
translation of a phrase.
8- Going to the first word of the dictionary, selects
and displays the definition of the first word in the current
selected dictionary.
9- Going to the last word of the dictionary: selects
and displays the definition of the last word in the current
selected dictionary.
10- Prior record: selects and displays the definition
of the previous word in the current selected dictionary.
11- Next record: selects and displays the definition
of the next word in the current selected dictionary.
12- To know the location of the word in the
selected dictionary immediately after translation.
13- When you click on this icon, the window
of this program remains above all the opened
windows.
14- To hide the screen.
15- To show the screen again.
