Training Outline for Church group leaders.

I. Contact potential interested persons, but do not advertise. You may put a
listing for the Aquarian Church (ACCU, Inc.) in a local phone book, but do
not put the street address. Be careful with your address & personal
information.
II. Interview potential members of our church fellowship. Children under 18
years of age need their parents’ permission to attend. Infants should probably
stay at home, but try to accommodate mothers somehow if need be. Children
should be on their best behavior & quiet, especially during meditation.
III. Screen visitors, some are fundamentalists who may want to “witness unto thee
of thy error & start quoting the Bible to condemn our beliefs, etc.”. All
services are private & not public, so people may be asked to leave. Our only
stipulation is that Satanists and people who joined racist or prejudiced groups-
Farakhan’s Black Muslim group, KKK, Nazis, etc.-must repent of and
condemn there former associations with these groups. These are the only
stipulations.
IV. We do practice water baptism & give certificates for those who wish it. They
must be at least 8 years of age, understand right from wrong & the meaning of
the ritual. It may be by immersion in water or by pouring, some pour three
times at each name of the Trinity, and must be said, “I baptize thee, Name of
Candidate, in the name of the Father, the Son, & the Holy Ghost [Spirit].” It
should be a very solemn occasion. The Candidate should be asked if they
profess Jesus the Christ as their Lord and Savior. And they answer, “I do.”
Then the ritual follows.
V. Our founder, Levi, a Disciples of Christ, and myself, raised Baptist, can attest
to the Truth and Validity of our water baptism by immersion. And I can attest
personally that it was a most wonderful spiritual experience for myself.
However, there is only one Baptism in one’s life, we should not rebaptise
members, Confirmation [Anointing] can seal one’s commitment to their
christening & will suffice. Mormon baptisms are valid. We do not emphasize
rituals, neither should they bar people from membership.
VI. We do practice, if desired, communion with bread and with water or grape
juice or wine. The ritual should follow that of Jesus & the apostles at the Last
Supper as found in the Aquarian Gospel. Washing of feet is also scripturally
grounded as a rite. However, we are to evolve into a communion service that
is in the Inner Light and without any outward rites or rituals.
VII. At first, do not celebrate rituals, until the group has gained some momentum.
Then and from then after, only celebrate them occasionally. Anointing with
oil in the name of the Father, Mother & Christ the Son in the form of a cross is
sometimes celebrated, for healing, blessing and in Confirmation after
Baptism.
VIII. Rituals eventually pass on, when the Inner Light of Christ, experienced in
silent meditation, becomes more and more practiced.
IX. Use any donations to fund your local ministry. Donations to the church made
to ACCU headquarters are greatly appreciated. Remember us helping your
 ministry and that was made possible through others’ donations. Please keep
me & the rest of us, your church family, informed every couple of months as
to the news about your local ministries.
X. Do not counsel others, especially the suicidal or otherwise, unless it is done
with full acknowledgement that it is only pastoral and then suggest a
counselor or service that they may contact. The mentally ill and mentally
retarded should be given contact to local outreaches and agencies. The
mentally ill are a risk to the success of our ministry if one tries to get involved
in their lives, this is very unfortunate, because there is a lot of light trapped
within these people, however it is not our task to initiate them into our
teachings for their own protection, it is too powerful to be in their hands.
XI. Set up shrines for services when one is able, obtain a veronica or chart of the
mighty I AM Presence with the Violet Flame from one suggested on the
church homepage & only use white pillar candles or none at all. Portraits of
Ascended Masters found on our church website are sanctioned by the
Ascended Masters to be used as a focus for their individual Life Stream. A
crystal chalice may be obtained cheaply and should not be handled with the
human hand except when being washed by hand. This represents are soul as
the Cup of Life and vessel for our Divine I AM Spirit, this is our Spiritual
Communion. These are the only sacred symbols that are sanctioned by the
Ascended Masters, because they draw one’s soul towards the Divine I AM
Spirit, the focus of our own Divine Origin and Source of All Life.
