This letter responds to your letter of May 5, 2011, where you state that Ms.
Noujaim intends to be at the SOU Local 1000 office to inspect the accounting
books. As I explained in my letter, your delay in responding to my earlier invitation
to have Ms. Noujaim review the accounting books on May 10th or 17th resulted in
those dates no longer being available. Thus, Ms. Noujaim may now inspect the
accounting books on either June 7, 2011, or June 14, 2011.

SERI cannot indefinitely hold open dates while Ms. Noujaim decides
whether to accept the offered dates. Yo u r most recent letter, which you faxed
within one day of receiving my letter, demonstrates that you are capable of a timely
response. Thus, to avoid this problem in the future, please let me know whether the
two June dates are acceptable as soon as possible.

You have now heard otherwise.
