Human Resource Management:-


 Implementing HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and
development of employees in the organisation.
 Handling the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after
identification of manpower requirements.

Induction:-
 To provide a proper Induction and Orientation Program to the new joiners.
 To ensure that those employees who joins at the different units are issued /briefed on their role and
responsibilities by issuing them the job description and key result areas in consultation with
Departmental Head.
 Prepare induction schedule of new joiners after coordinating with all the department heads.
 Provide all the necessary items to the new joinee like ID card for punching attendance system etc.
 Issuing the offer/appointment letters and welcoming letter.
 Check the References of the joinee before the he join.
 Provide reimbursement record like Bonus, medical/Mobile/ Telephone bills to new joinees.
 Ensuring the completion of joining formalities.

Computation of Wages/Salaries, Dues, Arrears & Legal Dues :-


 To maintain the attendance, leave & late coming records of all on roll employees in NGP and Casuals
as well.
 Make the salary of temporary employees.
 Administering loan & advance payment policies and subsequent deductions from salary.
 Adjust the entire extra paying item in the salary and transfer it to the finance department.
 Salary Fixation of contractual staff.
 Salary Generate through ERP.

Performance Management/Upgradation/Appraisal:-
 Issue duly filled in application form to concern dept.
 Facilitate employee’s appraisal.
 To evaluate individual performance and maintain records.
 Coordinate new salary structure after increment.

Training and Development:-


 Identified Training needs thru appraisals forms and special request by the concern departmental
head.
 Coordinating with the department heads for the training requirements of the employees and for

 Identification of candidates from the database or by headhunting from the industry or through an
advertisement.
 Screening the resumes based on competency and skills.
 Interviewing the candidates before sending them across to the client the interview focuses on
relevant behavioural questions.
 Preparing a shortlist with recommendation to the client.
 Involved in Headhunting, Sourcing through Job Portals, Mass mailing.

The main purpose of this project report is to give a comprehensive research on Industrial relation
climate of an organization. This project provided me insight into the interpersonal interaction in the
company while achieving the targets.
