REFLEXÃO DA UFCD, LÍNGUA INGLESA – ATENDIMENTO NO

A UFCD, Língua Inglesa – atendimento no serviço pós – venda teve uma carga horária de
50 horas, que foi ministrada pelo formador Carlos Cunha o que abordou os seguintes temas: “ Dicas
para aprender Inglês” , “ Before and after sale service”, “ Useful phrases and vocabulary for after
service”, “ Surprising facts about customer care”, “ Face to Face with customers”, “ body
language”, “ a dialogue in a company visit”
Abordamos também” Small talk”, “ The need for good customer care”, “ When the customer
feels invisible”, “ Dealing with customer on phone”, The “ dós”, and “donrs” in customer care”, “
Being cour teous on the phone” The “ will future” , “ writing answering a letter of complaint”, “
Deliviring customer care through writing”, “ Letter and e-mails” , “ what`s the difference”, “
Creating an after sales service glossary”, “ Problem solving situations”, The Past simple of the
verbs “, “ e A response to complaint”, ( letter , mail and face to face).
Dentro destes temas nós fizemos muitos trabalhos escritos, construir – mos diálogos, vimos
mini – vídeos sobre o serviço pós – venda, fizemos vários role – plays e por fim um glossário com
as expressões, relacionadas com o atendimento inglês o qual intitulámos,” Useful Phrases And
Vocabulary For After Sale Service”.
Esta UFCD, relaciona-se com as Redes Sociais visto que pretendermos pesquisar alguma
informação à Internet e recolher essa mesma informação na língua Inglesa, esta UFCD também
permite comunicar com toda a parte do mundo.
Esta UFCD, vai ser muito útil para a minha vida futura, porque vai me ajudar muito nas
empresas para atender os turistas.
Para finalizar gostava de agradecer o formador Carlos Cunha que demonstrou conhecimento
do que leccionou. O seu á vontade na sala de aula é de aplaudir e desejar que venham mais como
ele.
