A full service Pharmacy Benefit Management company providing member pharmacy ben
efit packages to a diverse range of clients, e.g., individuals, insurance compan
ies and pharmacies. Rx Direct, a mail order pharmacy located in Texas, was also
incorporated under the HR umbrella of US Script, Inc. US Script, Inc./Rx Direct
(130 employees) was acquired by Centene Corporation, a national leader in the h
ealthcare services field, in April 2006.
Human Resources Coordinator 2006-2009
* Utilized networking contacts/in house contacts to locate quality IT/IS employe
es, resulting in a significant reduction in recruiting costs.
* Developed communication tools for employees resulting in increased understandi
ng of complex paid leave polices, i.e., PDL, STD, FMLA/CFRA, etc.
* Created system to streamline, organize new hire paperwork resulting in reduced
processing time, paperwork needed, duplication of some materials.
* Addressed the issue of better management of allotting/retrieval of employee fa
cility access cards/Sonitrol security alarm cards by creating monthly report pro
ducing an increase in facility security.
* Served as member of "Safety Committee" placing emphasis on safe working enviro
nment resulting in decreased Workers' Compensation claims.
* Designed "problem solving" informational sheet reducing number of employee que
stions directed toward HR in connection with training 130 employees on time card
/self user guide system.

while greeting, receiving and routing heavy incoming telephone calls from intern
ational clients.
* Assisted in Human Resources - as a consequence of communication with employees
and reputation for adhering to confidentiality.
* Based on HR Manager's approval generated appropriate written offers of employm
ent.
* Conducted background check, drug test, employment test, set-up applicant inter
views.
* Developed training spreadsheets to document completed training for plant perso
