I had been part of very successful Fortune 500 Company for the 15 years8 of thos
e years as a Sales Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics where building a business by
leading a team and directing sales was part of my daily life. I earned 4 free M
ary Kay Cars and flourished in directorship as a direct result of recruiting and
developing powerful selling consultants. While I was growing my personal busin
ess, I mentored 5 local women to become Mary Kay Sales Directors themselves, by
transferring the skills I had learned. I specialized in the D.I.S.C personality
profiling and taught others the benefits of learning people to enhance their sel
