data assets.
*
Handled second-level technical support for computer security related
help desk calls for timely resolution of system security and data
access issues which impact productivity and efficiency of workloads.
*
Heavy communication, both verbal and written, with the users and
with systems and applications programmers for efficiency in providing
data security access information.
*
Communicated with internal and external data security auditors to
ensure company compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley protocols.

Title: Operations Analyst
Accomplishments:
*
Maintained computer security across four IBM 3381 mainframes using
VM directories, CICS SNT tables, TSO UADS, and later, RACF to ensure
integrity of company data assets.
