to helping maintain strong market position through successful implementation of
innovative HomeLink project.
* Influenced others to cut cost. Saved 120+ man-hours/week by persuading manage
ment that third party radio automation system would be more cost effective, have
more capability, and would reduce amount of technical support than in-house des
ign project.
* Self-motivated, assertive and can take project and run with it. Over 10 year
period raised $600,000 of personal support for non-profit work.

pensive product specific removable inner bed of nails to test many new products
on this one tester earlier in design phase.
* Able to work under pressure to meet goals. Reduced software test time by 23 s
econds (67% of original test time) at fast paced electronics assembly house.
* Honest, friendly, and good communication skills. Work well with people of var
ious ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Experience working with project engi
neers, management, production engineers, assembly workers, radio station technic
ians, and non-profit workers in over 60 countries.
* Effective at taking projects from concept to completion by utilizing combinati
on of personal ownership, delegating to others, and working with teammates. Se
veral times followed automotive guidelines to take test equipment from concept,
through pre-production runs, to being Gage R & R/FMEA ready at product launch an
d found ways for continuous improvement once in production.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
* Writing software programs to test/control devices and collect/transfer data us
ing C/C++, Microprocessor Assembly Code, PLC Ladder Logic, Intellution FIX32, Vi
sual/Quick Basic, Turbo Pascal, HTML, Linux Shell Script, USB 2.0 and RS232 inte
rface, IEE488.2 GPIB interface, UNIAPT, and NI Lab Windows CVI.

International Teams, Elgin, IL - 2009 to Present
Recruiter, Technical Support and Campus Partnership Developer: Developed friends
hips with key personnel at several colleges in Midwest to work toward partnershi
p with various ministry locations. Recruited college students into humanitarian
work.
* Gathered input from colleagues and worked with IT to make departmental databas
e useful for storing important notes and dialog from interaction with churches,
businesses, and schools.
* Created survey seeking feedback from college groups on best way to work togeth
er on common cause. This resulted in development of interactive website. Ident
ified point person at each college and sent regular e-mail updates to connect ev
eryone together.
