I was part of the Management team for several restaurants in Topeka. I took car
e of all
data entry on the computer involving the two restaurants including their payroll
for some
60 employees. I also had responsibilities for accounts payable. Included in my
duties
were the recruitment, supervision and evaluation of employees. I maximized the
staff
effectiveness and morale by assigning tasks related to their interests and promo
ting
teamwork over competitiveness. One of the businesses was sold and the other was
closed.
