Job duties include:
Daily exception reporting to monitor employee task and ensure employee stays on
target for goals
Review, identify and resolve title issues.
Review all forms of Asset Valuation (BPO, Appraisal, etc.) and determine Reconc
iled Market Value.
Review Repair bid(s) and prepare Return on investment analysis to determine Rep
aired vs. As Is sales strategy.
Evaluate potential training issues and work with team members to better underst
and process flow and expectations
Prepare REO Marketing Plan and Recommended Marketing Strategy for client approv
al.
Review agent status reports and update marketing strategy as required by client
service level agreement. Prepare and recommend list price reductions as needed.
Negotiate all offers (highest and best) to client delegated authority.
Review Purchase and Sale agreements to ensure terms are defined as negotiated.
i.e. Price, Concessions, Deposits, Closing Time, Financing Terms, Execution of
Seller Addendum(s), etc
Ensure proper execution of all closing documents, review and approve Hud-1s, tr
ack proceeds and management fees to ensure Client receipt.
Responsible for data integrity. Maintain accurate asset status and detailed no
tes on assigned portfolio.
Provide support and assistance to entire client assigned team
Work with client to identify market trends and improve overall service
Conduct weekly portfolio reviews with each team member in order to ascertain th
e status of each individual portfolio, assist in any training requirements, revi
ew status of monthly targets and goals and promote the development of interperso
nal communication
Conduct weekly team meetings to review updated procedures and gather ideas for
streamlining processes.
Serve as a primary point of contact responsible for all aspects of client commu
nication and manage the delivery of service from team to ensure KPIs are being a
chieved
Serve as a link between Senior Management, the service delivery team and all in
ternal/external vendors
Responsible for the development and follow through of performance improvement p
lans and quarterly baseline goals

2003 - 2005 Asset Manager, Closing Manager and Title resolution Specialist - Fir

Responsibility as an Asset manager was to manage portfolio of client referred RE
O assets which have been acquired through foreclosure or loss mitigation alterna
tives. Primary accountability includes the liquidation of assets through aggres
sive and proactive marketing techniques while mitigating client losses. Responsi
bilities as a Closing manager: Manages the process for complex transactions, su
ch as those involving multiple parties, as well as transactions where there are
title, escrow and legal issues requiring resolution. Responsible for bringing l
oan escrows to a conclusion. Responsibilities as Title resolution specialist han
dled title resolution and file review for multiple states nationwide
Job duties include:
