"assumptions" as novation de-population model for the state of Florida's residua

10 million Contingent Bridge loan extended to Chicago White Sox owners to reloca
te the American League Sox to Tampa Bay. State of Florida and areas efforts sub
sequently secured new franchise which currently plays MLB in a domed stadium in
St. Petersburg, FL as Tampa Bay Rays.
