President / CEO, Omega Airport Shuttle - Chicago, Illinois (1998-Present)
A full-service ground transportation company providing airport, convention, gove
rnment, and corporate transportation services. The firm generates revenues in ex
cess of $3 million annually. Purchased the company as C.W. Limousine Service in
1998, successfully outbidding a competitor.
* Purchased C.W. Limousine, which was one of two licensed fixed-route airport va
n services in Illinois, operating van routes only and generating revenues of app
roximately $300,000 annually.
* Assumed full P&L responsibility and managed all aspects of operations.
* Restructured company and expanded service to include irregular interstate and
intrastate transportation (charters).
* Expanded sales/marketing efforts; built firm from 25 to 55 employees with tota
l revenues exceeding $3M annually.
* Created an irregular interstate transportation (charter coach) service and bui
lt to revenues of $1.5M.
* Secured exclusive contract handling transportation for all major events sponso
