* System Integration - Led implementation of Microsoft/Great Plains HR system (s
imilar to PeopleSoft) at 38 locations (with 7,500 total employees) across 16 sta
tes; constructed data collection template for system implementation. Introduced
HR and PR modules at new acquisitions containing ~900 employees.
* Productivity Improvement - Standardized payroll accounting for 30 locations, c
reated library of HR and PR reports using Crystal Reports (Business Objects) to
support 38 companies, and improved data reporting/query processes by consolidati
ng 38 databases into single DB using SQL DTS tools.
