nician. 18 month program consisting of in-depth instruction in electronics, hydr
aulics, pneumatics, servo-systems, microprocessors, computer, and digital logic
applications. With hands -on training and a solid theory back round, this course
prepares the technician to install, repair, and maintain industrial robots and
other automated equipment. Graduated Nov. 1986.
Ironworker Apprenticeship. Pittsburgh, Pa. Three year program that included clas
sroom and on the job training in blueprints, welding, cutting and fitting, riggi
ng and hoisting, cable and splicing, surveying, safety, CPR Training, and forema
ns training with American Bridge.
U. S. Air Force. Chanute AFB, II. 18 week training on the operation and repair o
f specialized Vehicles, mobile power units, gasoline and diesel engines, fire-fi
ghting, hydraulic hoisting, pumping and refueling equipment, aircraft towing and
loading, and other flight-line equipment.
