Occupational Overview:
I have managed businesses, departments, and enjoy developing the
careers of others. My electronics experiences go from Tube State to
Digital State and have taught most of the basic courses. My computer
training is from Computer buildup and repair to LANS using both
Netware and Windows NT.
I have won awards as a public speaker, for process improvement and
cost savings. My total experience is in the words of one manager,
"unique, expansive, and rare". With the ability to work hands on,
manage people, write training materials and present classroom
training, I feel confidant I can step into a broad range of duties
accomplish the given tasks and lead others.
Taught Microsoft Office, Microsoft Networks, Borderland products,
Corel products, Novel Netware 4x & 3x, Microsoft NT and Windows,
Basic and Advanced Electronics including Solid State, Digital
Electronics, Local Area Networks, Computer and Computer Repair,
Printer repair. and other peripherals.
Have instructed, designed instructional modules, designed the
physical layout, purchased and installed LAN and visual aides for
classroom.
Taught user specific software (Department of Housing asset tracking)
under contract. Software did not have a training manual and wrote
syllabus to enhance classroom style training. This required dealing
with all levels of management and teaching where the targeted
population had a broad range of education and computer skills.
Courses were taught in English but required some cultural sensitivity
due to the wide ethnic range of recipients.
Worked on WANS, Data Communications, marine communications on a
tracking ship, including internal communication systems and on radar
and tracking equipment.
Worked on MIRV missile calibration on down range communications and
installation of tracking station.
Managed a 2nd level calibration van and calibrated all test
equipment used in the Integrated Wideband Communication Systems
(IWCS), aviation instrumentation and other critical equipment for
Electronics Command (ECOM).
Designed and installed LANs for classroom setup.
As a Technician at General Dynamics HQ resolved computer issues for
senior level executives. Also handled trouble tickets from the
various offices and brought computers back on line that had failed.
Maintained a rack system of computers and kept current with nightly
and weekly backups of critical data.

was present for software and to reverse engineer the software to

training.

Prior Work Experience ( Consolidated)

I have worked on design, layout and prototype building, testing. My


hobbies also include hands on electronic circuit building and use. I
have enjoyed the testing and working through problems in design and
manufacture.

In the process I have managed the company fiscal, inventory,


contracts, hired and trained personnel, handled the day to day
