The Management Aptitude and Skills Test (MAST) is an initiative by


All India Management Association (AIMA) to bridge the gap between
the education and employment market. MAST is an industry backed

management graduates, and benefits both recruiters and fresh
management pass outs alike.

Today companies are beginning to understand that to stay competitive,


they need to focus on developing and hiring suitable candidates for
