SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Expanded service operations, yielding
significant sales growth. Whaley Atlanta branch
was experiencing poor revenue growth. Extended
parts counter and service operations to
weekends. Hired additional service/sales
personnel. Created and implemented marketing
programs. Experienced 432% counter parts/88%
service growth.
Improved branch sales 34% and profits 37%.
LeFebure combined Sales Management and
Installation and Service Management positions.
Managed combined teams. Increased technician
productivity. Improved dispatching. Grew sales
to $6.2M and profits to $1.2M. Reached 100%
preventative maintenance commitment.
Revamped local office, boosting profits seven-
fold. Mosler branch was stagnant. Upgraded
office, creating environment where staff could
take pride in their work. Made personnel
changes. Developed creative service agreements
to generate new/repeat business. Improved net
profit to 29%, while maintaining installation
costs.
Turned around local service operation: Assigned
to large LeFebure location that was in several-
year decline. Greeted by extremely skeptical and
slightly antagonistic personnel. Built trust,
empowering office/field personnel. Trained
service teams. Reduced Open Calls/technician
75%. Increased PM completion rate from 70% to
98%.
Increased parts inventory turns 42% and lowered
costs 7%. Promoted to manage $9M LeFebure field
and warehouse inventory. Created and provided
relative reports to Field Managers, enabling
them to appropriately adjust stock levels. Added
new shipping vendor option to cut shipping
costs.
Engineered systems to win $300K in new sales.
Two C & B clients, Federal Law Enforcement
Training Center (FLETC) and Zoo Atlanta, had
projects requiring specific video/audio
monitoring/archiving requirements. Designed and
presented complete CCTV systems to meet RFP
specs. Landed initial contracts and expansions.
CAREER HISTORY
Area Manager, Whaley Foodservice Repairs, 2005-
2010. Directed cooking and refrigeration/HVAC
equipment installation, service and parts to
restaurants and other establishments. Grew
refrigeration/HVAC portion of business from less
than 20% to 40% while general expenses only grew
115%. Managed $3M budget.
Warehousing Manager, Home Depot, 2003-2005.
Managed receiving, customer product returns and
stocking for $25M store. Previous positions
held: Electrical Department Head, and Electrical
Department Sales Associate.
Managing Partner, C & B Sales Associates, LLP,
1998-2003. Manufacturers' Rep for Panasonic,
Sony and other video/audio firms. National
accounts included: ADI, Mosler, ADT, Pinkerton,
Brinks, Diebold and SecurityLink.
