00M in annual construction costs and became the primary MEP/FP consultant for al
l their new retail stores.

g for architectural and engineering consultants. Created professional Web site w
here all companies and clients were able to post projects, RFP and scope of work
for exposure and obtained design proposals from A/E firms. Web site allowed a g
reater exposure of projects into the market and allowed project owners to obtain
multiple proposals from qualified consultants.
Provides the client the choice for either posting their project online and recei
ving proposals or keep private and request an agent from EFGH Consulting to vet
and choose qualified candidates for the project. Highlights:
* Developed and implemented the operational concept, prepared and implemented th
e operational strategy and collaborated with designers and programmers who devel
oped the Web site and database search engine methodology.
* Oversaw development of company legal agreements and provided instruction on ho
w to manage day-to-day operations. Launch date estimated for May 2011.
