About Us:
ID Station has been set-up by Ms. Shahnaz Patel, a post-graduate in Psychotherapy & Counseling. She pursued a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Sciences. She also has a Diploma in Training & Development from Indias premier institute, Indian Society of Training & Development. She is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst from Target Training International, USA. Shahnaz Patel started her career as an Instructional Designer and has had the privilege to work with organizations across a wide range of Industries. She has a rich experience in the field of Learning & Development. She has worked for companies like, HDFC Standard Life, RK Foodland, Lionbridge Technologies, IRB, Schneider Electric, to cite a few during her full-time association with varied consultants. She has worked with Spencers Retail Ltd as an in-house trainer for the Mumbai region. Having worked extensively in the Retail Industry, she has trained over 800 trainees in the sector. She has delivered a Soft Skills Training Program on Communication Skills & Customer Service for the Indian Department of Posts varied divisions in Mumbai including North Division, Northwest Division, Northeast Division, Dadar East, Mumbai City West Division, Mira Rd Division, Navi Mumbai Division, and Thane City West Division, covering more than 900 officials under Project Arrow-Phase III in the year 2009. She was rehired by those divisions nominated in Project Arrow-Phase IV for a similar session for over 200 officials in the year 2010. She has been known to conduct programs in regional languages with developing training course material in languages like Hindi and Marathi. Her ability to design, develop and deliver instructional material that caters to the needs of the learners has always been her key skill. She is adept at using Adult Learning Strategies to develop her courseware. She excels at providing learners with a non-threatening climate that allows them to become more open to experience and sharing.

ID Station has delivered managerial programs on Team Building and Problem Solving and Decision Making for RK Foodland. ID Station has also conducted programs on Supervisory Skills as a part of the Supervisor Development Program at RK Foodland. ID Station has successfully completed content development project on Coaching & Feedback, Selling Skills and is currently handling content development on various other Soft Skills/Behavioral and Retail Specific Programs for First Move Management Services Pvt. Ltd. ID Station has successfully completed content development for Infinite Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd. on Introduction to Retail, Customer Service & Complaint Handling and Enhancing Communication Skills.

ID Station has recently conducted a session on Group Discussions for the 5 year students from Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering. ID Station is associated with Advent Training Incorporation for programs on Communication Skills and Business Etiquette for students of Rizvi College Mumbai. ID Station has successfully developed content for a 16-hour program on Sales Effectiveness for Numero Uno. This program was developed for CEATs Channel Sales Partners. ID Station has recently delivered a program on Developing a Customer Service Orientation for a leading and pioneering firm in healthcare and a division of Johnson & Johnson named, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. ID Station has recently delivered a program on Essential Soft Skills for Laboratory Technicians for Dr. L.H. Hiranandani Hospital sponsored by Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. ID Station has delivered a program on Business Etiquette for the Engineering students of Thakur College of Engineering & Technology. Ms. Shahnaz Patel works with NMIMS as a visiting faculty for Effective Communication-I for their First Year BBA students. ID Station has been hired by Ortho Clinical Diagnostics to conduct various Supervisory and Management Development programs for the current financial year (March 2011-April 2012). These programs are being conducted PAN India. ID Station delivered workshops on Developing a Customer Service Orientation and Business Etiquette for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics as part of their 3-Day Retreat at Goa.
