Learning outcomes: 3.1 Acquire word recognition and word attack skills to recognise words on sight. 3.3 Read and understand phrases, sentences, paragraphs, and whole texts. 3.4 Read aloud expressively and fluently pronouncing words correctly and observing corrects stress and intonation, and sentence rhythm. 3.8 Read and understand simple factual texts for main ideas, supporting details, sequence, and cause and effect.
