Remaille Cold Enamel

Remaille liquid cold enamel is very suitable for repairing damaged enamelled items as well as sanitary ware, earthenware and porcelain products. For instance, bath-tubs, wash basins, refrigerators, cookers, ceramic tiles, crockery, car paintwork etc. Remaille is also suitable for Decorative purposes, such as enamelled jewellery, or other decorations. Because it is available in a wide range of standard colours, but even more than that, almost any required colour can be colour matched to suit your particular requirements. For colour matching there is a minimum quantity applicable for the Remaille liquid is produced in minimum batches of 5000 ml. brush Standard packing in: 8 ml tubes (for standard white only) 20 ml flasks, each including an application 100 ml tins. Remaille Cold Enamel Replaces Enamel chipped off from: Bathtubs, ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, cooking utensils, bath-tubs, shower-basins, nameplates. In short all ENAMEL WARE. Also very suitable for repairing damage to Earthenware and Porcelain articles. Remaille purposes. is also highly suitable for decoration

Remaille requires little time and effort to repair enamelled, earthenware and porcelain items. It is easily applicable, does not need special skill to apply, and it is inexpensive. Remaille comes in 19 standard colours, is resistant against cooking, heat chlorine, lye, acids and other household chemicals. It is colour stable and prevents further rusting. Can be applied with a brush and/or painting pistol, without the use of a special primer. Remaille besides steel sheet and cast iron it can be applied to many other materials, such as; wood, hardboard, zinc, glass, plaster, marble, concrete etc. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Remaille in tubes (standard colour white only), is used principally for retouching slight damage to enamelled items, earthenware and porcelain articles. The retouching is usually performed by a small brush. In our 20 ml flasks a brush attached to the screwed on top is included. Remaille is available in tins (100 ml) for larger object uses, in the production of bath-tubs, kitchen ovens, cookers, shower basins, weathered tiles etc. as well as for decorative purposes. For larger objects Remaille can be applied with a brush or painting pistol. In the latter it is recommended to use 25% Remaille Thinner, (also available on order). Before applying Remaille the area to be treated should be absolutely cleaned of all dirt, grease, rust, moist and other coatings. In short, thoroughly cleaned, dried and if possible slightly roughened. (e.g. with sandpaper). A thin layer should be applied at the time, after drying a few minutes, a next layer can be applied, until the damaged area or spot is completely filled and levelled with the surrounding coating. Allow 24 to 36 hrs to dry completely before use. In case of cooking utensils, fill with water and boil for at least 10 minutes to remove any unwanted odour left by the Remaille coating. Remaille is long wearing, is non-poisonous, non toxic and heat resistant to approximately 145 degr. C. Remaille is completely rust proof, and resistant to chemicals, acids and salts, normally occurring in household use.

Colour matching = prepared colours to your sample plate. For Colour matching we require a minimum order of 5000 ml per order, due to the fabrication process. We can supply most Sanitary colours. Supplies according to the RAL colour codes, are always possible.
