An Overview We would like to take this opportunity to introduce Orion - Broadband Internet Service Provider in Indonesia with its aim to deliver communication networks, developing the internet business and enabling a suite of application and value added service initially in Indonesia. Working in radio frequency 2,4 GHz or 5.8 GHz and 7Ghz For the backbone, used Network Topology Point to Point or Point to Multi Point between PoP (Point of Presence) SpeedNet and the Customers location.

Note 1: Supplier shall not be liable for availability of local link infrastructure as part of this agreement. The target availability relates to the Ethernet router port connected to Supplier and the physical connection to local link up to but not including the router port at local link. Note 2 : The downtime calculated includes sun outage (for FO connection) and scheduled maintenance, but does not include the downtime caused by the maintenance as part of the bandwidth upgrade.

Orion needs around 3 working days for preparation. Signed up the official report after the facility is tested. Billing for registration and monthly fee will be charge after the official report is sign up. Next bill will be count on first date of the month and should be paid in advance (payment in advance).
