Terms & Conditions: 1. HRG Sita is not holding any inventory or confirmation for the hotel rooms or airline seats. Confirmation is subject to availability. 2. The client needs to pay 100% tour cost as advance at the time of confirmation. 3. Cancellation charges as applicable for the services + HRG Sita management fee of INR 2500/will be applicable for all cancellations prior to 15 days of start of tour. Cancellation charges equal to 100% of tour cost will be levied within 15 days on start of tour will 4. Rate of exchange (ROE) is considered as 1 USD = INR 46.0 for proposal. HRG Sita will advice the ROE to client on the date of payment 5. This proposal is valid for the said dates; prices are subject to change without prior notice. 6. Government service charges as applicable will be changed to the client and any change will be advised at the time of booking 7. On tour expenses if any (which are over and above the inclusions) will be charged to client by submitting an invoice within 7 days of end of tour.
