John Crawford SVQ Level 2 Stonemasonry Ive had a great time on the course, especially getting to cut stone into shape. I work for the National Trust for Scotland so its mainly restorative work I do rather than shaping. The lecturers at City have been a great help and are easy to approach if youre having problems. Ive just finished my second year and plan to go on and do the Advanced Stonemasonry. Im really looking forward to it. The highlight of the course was winning at the Craftex Awards for my entry (pictured) in the Stonemasonry Non-Advanced category. Hopefully next year Ill win in the Advanced category.
