Responsibilities include; preparing programme of works, tender evaluation from bidders, preparing bill of quantities (to monitor any variations during project construction stage), subcontract administration, attending site meetings, monitoring work progress, ensuring all standard set by consultants are met, approving and disapproving resources such as ballast and sand based on the quality, works planning and organization to meet set targets in time keeping, cost and required standards.
