LUACMAT 2011
Lucknow University Associated Colleges Management Admission Test 2011, is being conducted by National Post Graduate College. In order to make the admission process convienient for the candidates and avoid their running around to different colleges, LUACMAT a collective venture of Eleven Colleges has been created to hold a combined entrance test and complete the process of admission after counselling of BBA & BCA Courses. BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) & BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) are six semester courses respectively run by the Institute of Management Studies and Department of Computer Science of Lucknow University. The same curriculam in both the streams is followed by SRMCM an associate college of Lucknow University. The objective of introducing the management courses at undergraduate level is to prapare a strong foundation for students who are willing to take up administration and management as their career and develop professionalism in their personality.

Objective of LUACMAT
The Lucknow University permitted the colleges to adopt their own procedure for admission to professional courses at undergraduate level. The heads of the institutions having BBA & BCA courses decided to hold a combined admission test in the interest of the students who would have to otherwise: 1. 2. 3. 4. The heads of associated colleges decided that National Post Graduate College should shoulder the responsibility of conduting the combined admission test (LUACMAT 2011) and complete the process of admissions to BBA & BCA, courses after counselling.

Eligibility of LUACMAT 2011

BBA BCA 10+2 Passed in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate at +2 level. 10+2 Passed in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate at +2 level with mathematics as one of the subjects.

Test Procedure:
The test for BBA shall comprise of two papers of sixty minutes duration. The candidates should be required to answer 75 objective questions in each paper. Test for BCA shall be of 90 minute duration. There will be 100 multiple choice questions. There shall be no negative marking.

No. of Seats in SRMCM BBA BCA Availability of Forms:

The application forms for LUACMAT 2011 may be obtained from the counter of National P.G. College and Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Management on payment of Rs. 600 only. Application forms will be available from May 10, 2011 to June 17, 2011. Forms completed in all respects should be submitted only at the counter of National P. G. College from May 24, 2011 to June 18, 2011 between 09:30 AM and 01:30 PM. The admit card for admission test shall be issued from the counter at the time of submission of forms. Applicants can also download the Application Form and the Prospectus from www.npgclko.org & www.srmcm.ac.in. Download form complete in all respects alongwith a Demand Draft of Rs. 650/favouring National P. G. College payble at Lucknow may also be sent by post so as to reach the College by June 16, 2011. Applicants may download their admit card by entering their Demand Draft Number and their surname.

Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A) is an exposure of students to planning, Accounting, Business Law and Ethics, Economics, Finance, Management Information System, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Statistical Analysis Effective Communication and a lot more. The course aims at developing leadership, co-ordination and team spirit with a view to praparing the students for higher studies in the field. French as a foreign language is also a part of the curriculum. Bachelor in Computer Application (B.C.A) the curriculum of Bachelor of Computer Application has been designed to cater to the needs of Modern age. It gives an early start to those who are interested in taking up programming and computer designing as their career. The course aims at developing Communication Skills, Numerical and Programming Aptitude, Social Studies, Elementary Mathematics and Electronics are integral part of the curriculum.

Course Fee & Counselling Procedure:

Successful candidates of LUACMAT 2011 written examination would be required to bring the following at the time of counselling a. Pay order/Demand Draft in favour of National P. G. Counselling fee Rs. 200 (Cash). Original mark-sheets and certificates of class X and class XII for verification. Photocopies of mark-sheets and certificates of class X and class XII (self-attested). Character certificate and Transfer Certificate in original from the head of the institute from where the candidate has passed his/her last examination as regular candidate. TC and CC in original shall have to be submitted/surrendered at the time of counselling.
