Presents…. and its agents the right to video/audio tape my
likeness/voice/performance and/or the likeness/voice/performance of
________________ ________ (name of group), in connection with the
production and distribution of the video/audio tape presentation named below,
and that said video/audio tape may be cablecast, broadcast or otherwise
transmitted by TV or Streamed online and its successors or assigns. I agree that
you may copyright said video/audio tape.
I further agree that my name(s) likeness/voice(s) and biographical material may
be used in connection with publicity about the production named below.
I understand that the recorded material may be distributed via web/DVD and
used in compilations or other promotional activities. I release I.C.U
Entertainment/Bobbi Million Presents and their agents, successors and assigns
from further claims or demands arising from the uses of materials you may
record in which I/we appear or can be heard. I also certify/affirm that I am sole
owner and or have written permission in form of copyright to use sound
recording/lyrics/melody etc. I in know way have been misleading and or not
forthcoming with ownership of said music/lyrics/melody etc.
I.C.U Entertainment/Bobbi Million presents…and their agents will not
compensate any artist(s) actor(s) writer(s) intern(s) camera crew(s) etc. to
appear on I.C.U Entertainment/Bobbi Million Presents. Anyone found charging
fees to appear on show will be subject to criminal charges.
I.C.U Entertainment/Bobbi Million Presents has sole ownership to all television
tapings and appearances on I.C.U Entertainment/Bobbi Million Presents. I.C.U
Entertainment/Bobbi Million Presents will hold any and all person(s) responsible
if copies of dvd/tv show are duplicated without written permission from I.C.U
Entertainment/Bobbi Million Presents…If violation of infringement of copying and
or duplicating of show is suspected, court intervention and possible law suit will
be pursued.
