EAGLES Eagles are important to you because their symbolism plays a large role in describing how God provides

you safety in the end times. Our Father is supernatural meaning "more natural" and everything He creates has a purpose. The eagle is this great nation's national bird. It is a fighter. A vicious protector that can take care of its own. In Revelation, Chapter 12, Michael throws the "great dragon", which we know is antichrist, out of heaven and onto this earth. We know that anti-christ (satan) is going to deceive all peoples, including, if it were possible, the very elect. So you must keep sharp and awake at all times. Let us begin in Revelation, Chapter 12: V. 13. And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. This woman is Israel through which Christ came. He will be persecuting all people of this earth, through deception. It will be the biggest revival this earth has ever seen. V. 14. And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. This people, the elect, are nourished meaning cared for in the very presence of satan himself on this earth. You must know what those wings are. You must know what your protection is or you will be in trouble because they are what delivers you. "His eagle is important to you because it shall deliver you from the danger of that time. We know from our studies in Revelation, Chapter 9 that the three and one half years have been shortened to five months. That part of Israel that shall escape and be protected by the hand of Almighty God will be protected by those two wings during that time. The wings of an eagle. But which eagle? Within that is the mystery of that protection. You must know about the wings that shall protect us, but you must also be aware that for every positive there is a negative and there will be another set of wings. We know that through discernment, the elect shall be able to separate Yashua from the false christ and also they must discern other copies put in front of them, one of which are these eagle's wings. V. 15. And the serpent cast cut of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. From where are you supposed to procure your water? Not from this flood, but the water of the Rock that is our Saviour, Jesus Christ. The water of this flood will appear so pure and seem to quench the thirst of the people, but only temporarily because they are so deceived. Let us turn to Revelation, Chapter 8 to see how God uses yet another type of eagle in relation to His people. Rev. 8: V. 12. And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so

as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise. Even this is a copy of Jesus Christ's return. It is only an illusion which means that it will only appear that the sun is not shining. V. 13. And I beheld, and heard an angel flying throught the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, "Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!" The word "angel" is not in the manuscripts. The word used is the Greek word "aetos" which is an eagle. This eagle between the fourth angel and the fifth angel is sounding a warning of the coming events. There is a people who, like the eagle, are sounding that alarm to warn the inhabitants of the earth of the deception to come. We have established God's use of the eagle in helping and describing His chosen, but let us not overlook the copy that satan will produce to deceive, if it were possible, even God's very elect. In Ezekiel, Chapter 17, God tells us of another eagle that represents the King of Babylon who we know is anti-christ. (You need to study this chapter, but for the sake of space we will skip to Daniel.) Let's call to mind in Daniel, Chapter 4, where Nebuchadnezzar after vowing to follow God, allows satan to turn him away and God punishes him. He was the King of Babylon and more importantly, he was symbolic of that great "King of Babylon" to come, anti-christ. Daniel 4: V. 30. The king spake, and said, "Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty? V. 31. While the word was in the king's mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, "O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. V. 32. And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever He will." This is prophetic in that the seven times are dispensations bringing us to the final one, the millenium. V. 33. The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles' feathers, and his nails like birds' claws. It may seem like it is just a comparison, but it is a very important one for very good reason. The eagle's wings that deliver Israel's elect are your Fathers', but a counterfeit will exist that God gives you a preview of here. For every positive thing we look for of God, satan contrives a negative and these eagle feathers the Nebuchadnezzar grew are to show you that the King

of Babylon will appear as an eagle. You must be careful that you don't mistakenly take shelter under his wing though. Turn to Daniel, Chapter 9: V. 27. '"And he shall confirm the covenant with, ,m any for one week: and in the midst of the ^reek he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.'" This "overspreading" in the Hebrew is "wings". If anti-christ, the king of Babylon, is a "great eagle" then these are eagle wings! His wings shall appear to be the same as those described in Revelation, Chapter 12. Let's have another look at our eagle, our protector, our heavenly Father as He speaks to Moses on the Mount. Exodus 19: V. 3. And Moses went up unto God, and the Lord called unto him out of the mountain, saying, "Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel; V. 4. 'Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto Myself.' " Your Father delivers on His (eagle) wings. He has an eagle ministry, and you can be a part of it. V. 5. " 'Now therefore, if ye will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people: for all the earth is Mine: V. 6. And ye shall be unto Me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation.1 These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel." When you are aboard your Father's eagle wings, He expects you to be a priest. Not necessarily a pastor, but a can-do person in whatever walk of life youVe in. One that can work for Him to His glory, to help your brother and your neighbour. To be an over-comer. Let us finish with a few verses from the song of Moses. The song the overcomers will sing one day soon. Deuteronomy 32: V. 11. As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings: V. 12. So the Lord alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him. God is your true eagle. It is His wing you must be under. This song that Moses taught the children of Israel is th song of the elect, the overcomers, and God's promise is in it. Read the whole song for we shall sing it soon. You are a chosen, elect man or woman of God and that makes you a can-do person .
