There is a lot of confusion about communities within corporations. This confusion blurs the thinking on objectives, on adequate tools etc. The world of communities is divided into 4 quadrants: one barrier is the firewall of the corporation, the second barrier is the specific password required to be allowed access to a specific community. 2. Putting "Enterprise 2.0" in perspective


The entire buzz around Enterprise 2.0 starts sometimes to seem a bit unrealistic and even boring to some. 8. La fable de lne et du ROI


A premire vue, lne et le ROI ne semblent pas avoir grand-chose en commun. Cependant ils fournissent une bonne analogie: Le paysan a probablement tort de rduire la nourriture quil donne son ne sous prtexte de ne voir aucun ROI. Ceci peut tre transpos aux entreprises. La diffrence entre communauts et rseaux et parfois mince, mais il y a lieu de distinguer ces notions.. Un rseau est un moyen de contacter des individus qui doivent simplement y tre connects, une communaut est un lieu d'change entre membres qui ont choisi d'y participer ou qui ont t slectionns dans un but prcis ou autour de valeurs dfinies. Certains imaginent mme que le recrutement sera demain uniquement une affaire de screaning du profil du candidat selon sa prsence sur les rseaux sociaux.
