PROCEDURE:
1. Rub chicken with ginger and marinate for 10 minutes. 2. Boil chicken over low heat then combine coco gata, ginisa mix, patis and siling labuyo. Stir to blend. 3. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and allow simmering until liquid thickens. 4. Heat water in a separate pot, bring to a boil, add kamote tops and blanch for 30 seconds (Do not overcook so as not to wash away vitamins and minerals)Drain. Transfer to a serving dish. 5. When chicken has cooled down, drizzle with 2-3 tbsp. of its sauce and wrap in banana leaves. 6. Grill for 5 minutes on each side. 7. Remove from heat. Transfer to serving dish. 8. Garnish it with the blanched kamote tops. 9. Serve hot.

PROCEDURE:
1. Divide the medium size squash into four, scoop out the seeds, and peel out the skin. 2. Bring to a boil until very tender. 3. Remove from heat. Drain. Then mash the squash in a mixing bowl until its smooth. Combine the ground pork, spring onions, pepper, Ginisa mix and flour. 4. In a separate small mixing bowl, whip up the egg for about a minute. Combine with the mashed squash. Mix evenly. 5. Form into small balls and place on a tray. 6. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a pan, fry meatballs until brown and cooked through. 7. Drain. Serve on a plate.
