Using the eyedropper tool select color from yellow button on dress for the text color 11. Go to view > turn on rulers 12. Drag guides to the beginning and end of the text Parents 13. Select text tool > type HAPPY FAMILY PLAN > Font: Georgia > Size: 54 > adjust spacing to liking > align with guide on right side 14. Select FX in Layers Palette > Add drop shadow > angle: 120 > distance 5 > size 5 15. Repeat steps 13 and 14 typing the word THE and aligning THE HAPPY FAMILY PLAN with guides 16. Select text tool > type 25 Simple ways to soothe your baby > Font: Georgia > increased size of 25 and changed color to light blue for effect > align with guides 17. Select text tool > type Raise A Go-Getter Font: Impact > Size: 52 > align with guides 18. Import Barcode from earlier magazine project and position in lower left according to guides 20. Select elliptical marquee tool > Press shift and drag to make a circle selection 21. Select paint bucket tool > fill with blue color 22. In layer palette create mask layer (make sure colors are set to defaults of black and white) 23. Select gradient tool > select radial gradient in the menu toolbar 24. With the mask selected in the layers palette > draw a line with the gradient tool from the center of the circle to the bottom edge 25. Select text tool > type all new baby feeding advice > Font: STIXGeneral > Size: 28 align with guides 26. Select text tool > type Parentsmag.com > Font: STIXGeneral > Size: 9 > Place above Parents > align with guides 27.Select text tool > type September 2011 > Font STIXGeneral > Size: 9 > place above Parents on the very left > align with guides
