PREFACE

Management of modern business requires an appreciation of multidisciplinary concept and in depth knowledge of specific analytical tools, geared to the solution of real life problems. No doubt every real situation is unique but a set of theoretical tools of knowledge, itself based on empirical foundation, can help in developing the mechanism for handling such situation. So the MBA curriculum has been desired to provide to the future managers ample practical exposure to the business world. Summer Internship Program is essential for the fulfillment of MBA curriculum; it provides an opportunity to the student to understand the industry with special emphasis on the development of skills in analyzing, interpreting practical problems through application of management.

The project study A study on Awareness of Atul group of Industries Agra. was carried out in Atul group of industries., AGRA. This project study will be helpful in analysis of The Awareness of atul group of industries. with 360-degree approach.

Our company has a current annual turnover of over USD 500 million, that has been possible due to the high quality and high performance of our range of diversified products. Atul Group Of Industries is amongst the prestigiousmanufacturers, exporters, and suppliers of AC pressure pipe, oxygen gas, water storage tank, PVC pipes, hand pumps, carbon steel castings & alloy steel castings for general engineering purposes, and many others. These products are manufactured by different companies that constitute the Atul Group. At present, the group has more than 2,000 employees, all of whom are educated, skilled, and experienced in their definite domain.

The table is based on metric series of pipe dimensions given in ISO 161/1 in respect of pipe dimensin and ISO Dis4422. The wall thickness of pipes os based on a safe working stress of 8.6 Mpa at 27c and the working pressure gets reduced at sustained higher temperatures. Occassional rise in temperature as in summer season with concurrent corresponding reducttion in temperature during nights has no deleterious effect on the life working pressure of the pipe considering the total life of pipes. For class 1, 2, and 3 of all sized, this requirement need not to be satisfied as the ratio of minimum wall thickness to nominal outside diameter does not exeed 0.35 in these cases.
