TASK 1 Background of your company and its products.( Can be real or imaginary company)

The company that I chosen is the Nestle Company that located in Malaysia where as Nestl's commitment to providing quality products to Malaysians dates back more than 90 years ago. Nestl began in Malaysia in 1912 as the Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company in Penang and later, growth and expansion made a move to Kuala Lumpur necessary in 1939. Since 1962, with its first factory in Petaling Jaya, Nestl Malaysia now manufactures its products in 8 factories and operates from its head office in Petaling Jaya, and 6 sales offices nationwide. The Company was publicly listed on the KLSE on 13 December, 1989. Today, the Company employs over 3,500 people and manufactures as well as markets more than 300 Halal products in Malaysia. Its brand name such has MILO, NESCAF, MAGGI, NESPRAY and KIT KAT have become trusted household names and enjoyed for generations. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company launched MILO GOLD chocolate malt drink; the NESCAF BODY PARTNER range with Kacip Fatimah and Collagen and Soya variants; NESCAF 3in1 GOLD coffee mix containing freeze dried coffee; the MAGGI TASTYLITE range of low fat noodles; MILO Wafer; LACTOGEN infant formula with the addition of PREBIO1 galacto-oligosaccharide(GOS) and fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) fibres; LACTOGEN 3 formulated milk powder for children, and LACTOGEN infant formula Bag-in-Box (BIB) 700 grams. In 2008, it re-launched the Nestl branded range of Take-Home Tubs with Hi Calcium. Regarding the research, the Nestle want to produce a new product that can be attracting the customers who are love to drinking the milk and the carrot. The Nestle Company is one of the companies very famous in producing the dairy product such as the yogurt, fresh milk, cheese and many more. To maintain their brand among the customers attention, the Nestle has made up the research for developing new product that combination of carrot and milk which is the target market is outside of our Malaysias place. With this new product, the Nestle trying to grabbing the customer who are love the carrot and drinks the milk. The combination of carrot and milk has the special taste as well as the Carrot is one of the most healing foods that provides the finest and highest quality in nutrients, especially from its juice. It is an excellent source of pro-vitamin A, vitamins C, D, E, K, B1 and B6. While as the Cow's milk is also a good source of vitamin A, a critical nutrient for immune function, and potassium, a nutrient important for cardiovascular health. However, the Nestle Company have done the analysis during R&D Production for making the Carrot Milk will catch the customers attention and desire to buy it. Here, I simply explained about the carrot milk.

The rich nutrient content of carrot, especially, Vitamin A and its precursor carotene cannot be questioned. It is also rich in health giving fibred. Some people relish carrot as such in its raw form and some cook and use it. Another form of utilization is extraction of juice from carrot. But carrot juice when consumed as such will not be tasty. It has to be added with sugar. Just to make the carrot juice tasty and at the same time utilize the nutrients present in the juice in its natural form, carrot juice can be added with milk to make carrot milk.

TASK 2 Discuss the main sources of primary and secondary data and the advantages and limitations of both primary and secondary data.

Secondary Data also can be in qualitative or quantitative.

Data can be collected by the researcher from the different resources. For example the resources can take from primary, secondary, quantitative, qualitative or tertiary resources. The researcher can get the data from the different resources to know about the market share for their business. The data is very useful for them to make any decision for their company. Besides that, based on the Math Funs website at this URL address

http://www.mathsisfun.com/data/data.html mentioned that the data is a collection of

facts, such as values or measurements whiles as it can be numbers, words, measurements, observations or even just descriptions of things. In addition, the data that gathered can be qualitative or quantitative.

QUALITATIVE DATA The term qualitative data is used to describe certain types of information. This is almost

the converse of quantitative data, in which items are more precisely described data in terms of quantity and in which numerical values are used. However, data originally obtained as

FATIN ADILA MD SAIFUL RAHMAN SHM 08-01-1178

9887N

qualitative information about individual items may give rise to quantitative data if they are summarized by means of counts. Qualitative data described items in terms of some quality or categorization that may be 'informal' or may use relatively ill-defined characteristics such as warmth and flavor. However, qualitative data can include well-defined aspects such as gender, nationality or commodity type. Qualitative data can be a pass-fail, yes-no, or categorical data. If qualitative data use categories that are based on subjective or intangible ideas, then these are generally of less value to scientific research than quantitative data. It is sometimes possible to obtain approximate quantitative data from qualitative data for instance, asking people to rate their perception of a sensation on a Likert scale. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qualitative_data)

Qualitative information is not capable of being measured numerically, but reflects some characteristics. For example is the color of a product. Both data cannot be measured but we only can categorize them while collecting data. A qualitative variable is one that can be described with words but not numbers. For example, the variable religious denomination includes possible values like Malay, Chinese, Christian, Buddhist and so on.

QUALITATIVE DATA ADVANTAGES Greater awareness of the perspectives of program participants (or product users) Capability for understanding dynamic developments in a program (process) as it evolves Awareness of time and history Sensitivity to the influence of context Ability to enter the program scene without contrived preconceptions a more fluid approach to finding out FATIN ADILA MD SAIFUL RAHMAN SHM 08-01-1178 DISADVANTAGES Researcher bias can enter into data collection. Some subjects may be previously influenced and affect the outcome of the study. Background missing. Study group may of not the be larger can be representative population. Analysis of observations information may be

biased. Any group that is studied is altered to some degree by the very presence of the researcher. Therefore, any data collected is somewhat skewed. (Heisenburg Uncertainty Principle) (http://writing.colostate.edu/guides/research/o bserve/com2d2.cfm)

QUANTITATIVE DATA The term quantitative refers to a type of information based in quantities or else

quantifiable data (objective properties)as opposed to qualitative information which deals with apparent qualities (subjective properties). (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantitative) Quantitative information is information, which can be measured, for example where as Quantitative information is anything that can be expressed as a number or quantitative, things like achievements tests; employees number, weight or sales record is quantitative. These data is divided into 4 types which is nominal, ordinal, interval and ratio: Types of quantitative data; 1. Nominal data Weakest data Numbers are used to represent an item or characteristic Example; male=1 female=2

2. Ordinal or rank data Number are used to rank

3. Interval data

10

FATIN ADILA MD SAIFUL RAHMAN SHM 08-01-1178

MANAGING INFORMATION WITHIN ORGANIZATION

9887N

Interval data is continuous data where differences are interpretable, but where there is no "natural" zero. A good example is temperature in Fahrenheit degrees.

4. Ratio data The highest level of management Allows for all basic arithmetic operations, including division and multiplication Data measured on a ratio scale have to fix or non arbitrary zero point. Example; include business data, such as cost, revenue and profit

QUANTITATIVE DATA ADVANTAGES Clearly and precisely specifying both the independent and the dependent variables under investigation; Eliminating or minimizing subjectivity of judgment Allowing subjects. (http://www.russcomm.ru/eng/rca_biblio/m/mat veev01_eng.shtml)

DISADVANTAGES Not encouraging the evolving and continuous investigation of a research phenomenon Failure to provide the researcher with information on the context of the situation where the studied

PRIMARY DATA Primary data is important for all areas of research because it is unvarnished information about the results of an experiment or observation. It is like the eyewitness testimony at a trial. No one has tarnished it or spun it by adding their own opinion or bias so it can form the basis of objective conclusions. Primary sources are original materials. They are from the time period involved and have not been filtered through interpretation or evaluation. Primary sources are original materials on which other research is based. They are usually the first formal appearance of results in physical, print or electronic format. They present original thinking, report a discovery, or share new information. Examples include:

Artifacts (e.g. coins, plant specimens, fossils, furniture, tools, clothing, all from the time under study); Audio recordings (e.g. radio programs) Diaries; Internet communications on email, list services; Interviews (e.g., oral histories, telephone, e-mail); Journal articles published in peer-reviewed publications; Letters; Newspaper articles written at the time; Original Documents (i.e. birth certificate, will, marriage license, trial transcript); Patents; Photographs Proceedings of Meetings, conferences and symposia; Records of organizations, government agencies (e.g. annual report, treaty, constitution, government document); Speeches; Survey Research (e.g., market surveys, public opinion polls); Video recordings (e.g. television programs);

Works of art, architecture, literature, and music (e.g., paintings, sculptures, musical scores, buildings, novels, poems).

*I have attached the sample of secondary data that display on website. (See at Appendixes) Primary sources that listed in above show that there is variety of types can be defined in primary data where as the quantitative or qualitative information through the primary information. In this analysis, briefly stated that the main sources of primary data can be used through communication. In communication, there was involves questioning respondents either verbally or in writing. This method can be in primary datas category because the information that gathered from the respondent will be taken as the first data. For example, the Nestle Company is located in Malaysia but the company wants to launch their carrot milk in United Kingdom. That be impossible, the Nestle Companys survey has to fly go to England in UK just for asking the market about the carrot milk. So, the Nestle can take advantages through the student from UK that studied in Malaysia or the UKs foreigners that visit in Malaysia. This example that given is based on my opinion that related with the theory. Besides that, the observation also can be a part of communication techniques where as the observation need someone to start communication with the respondent for surveying the topic that needed. However, the observation is less versatile than communication since some attributes of a person may not be readily observable such as attitudes, awareness, knowledge, intention and motivation. In this situation, observation also might take longer since observes may have to wait for appropriate events to occur, though observation using scanner data might be quicker and more cost effective. For example, the Nestle can make the observation on awareness of UK people about the demanding of carrot and milk as their drink and dishes in their menu through blogger, online survey, chat room and leave the comment. As the marketer, the Nestle want to develop new product for launch new taste that combination of these raw materials which is milk and carrot. Here, I attached a few of example in website in appendixes that the marketer or user gathering the primary data. In addition, the questionnaire is an important tool for gathering the primary data. Poorly constructed questions can be result in large errors and invalidate the research data, in case significant effort should be put into the questionnaire. The questionnaire will be the roles play to gathering the data from the respondent as well as the answer known as the respondents

MANAGING INFORMATION WITHIN ORGANIZATION

9887N

feedback to make the Nestle can identify and evaluate their research about their new product before launch in UK. However, the Malaysia very far from the UK country, so possibly the questionnaire can be asked through the survey online. Quantitative example: A survey that the Nestle Company conduct with a questionnaire as well as its designed, with regard to a sample. The aim is to get the statistically significant result. An experiment Qualitative example: A focus group that the Nestle provides have conducted to talk about specific topic

SECONDARY DATA Secondary sources are less easily defined than primary sources. Generally, they are accounts written after the fact with the benefit of hindsight. They are interpretations and evaluations of primary sources. Secondary sources are not evidence, but rather commentary on and discussion of evidence. However, what some define as a secondary source, others define as a tertiary source. For example of sources can be defined through like below: Examples include:

Bibliographies (also considered tertiary); Biographical works; Commentaries, criticisms; Dictionaries, Encyclopedias (also considered tertiary); Histories; Journal articles (depending on the disciple can be primary); Magazine and newspaper articles (this distinction varies by discipline); Monographs, other than fiction and autobiography; Textbooks (also considered tertiary); Web site (also considered primary).

*I have attached the sample of secondary data that display on website. (See at Appendixes) The second type of information is the secondary data where as this information is an organized process of collecting of the information. There also will involve interpreting information that has published by someone. As we know, when the data from these resources usually get from the second resources as well as there are not original data already. Based on the research, Secondary data analysis saves time that would otherwise be spent collecting data and, particularly in the case of quantitative data, provides larger and higher-quality databases than would be unfeasible for any individual researcher to collect on their own. In addition to that, analysts of social and economic change consider secondary data essential, since it is impossible to conduct a new survey that can adequately capture past change and/or developments. o Internal information

Internal information is the kind of information that is obtained internally such as accounts receivable information, financial statements etc. Internal information could come from variety of source within the company such as different department. The data or information is the secondary research. o External information

On the other hand external information is the type of information that is obtained from external means such as competitor business model, customer's credit rating etc. External information can be gathered outside the company, either by interviewing customers or examining published data. These are known as primary and secondary research. The external data also can be qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative examples: Government report or government statistics Another companys published financial statement summaries and interpret company transactions data for the benefit of shareholders

TASK 3 Collect data in order for you to know your market size of the country that you have chosen.

The country that I chosen is England that stated in United Kingdom where as the United Kingdom (UK) is arguably Europe's most influential country. In simple terms, it's the union of the individual countries of England, Scotland and Wales, collectively called Great Britain (Europe's largest island) and the northeastern corner of Ireland. England is one of the part in United kingdom where as the England more or less constantly makes up 84% of the total population, Wales around 5%, Scotland roughly 8.5 %, and Northern Ireland (since 1921) less than 3%. Here, Im so glad to make up the research in England country for producing the Nestle Carrot Milk into the England country. Before that, the information or known as the data whether in qualitative or quantitative data must be compile as well as the data will help the Nestle Company launch their product in England. Market size is a measurement of the total volume of a given market. When determining market size, it is very important to define the measurement as precisely as possible. Besides that, the market size that Nestle can be defines as the number of buyers and sellers in a

19

FATIN ADILA MD SAIFUL RAHMAN SHM 08-01-1178

MANAGING INFORMATION WITHIN ORGANIZATION

9887N

particular market. In my opinion, the size of market can be evaluated based on present sales and on potential sales if the use of the product were expanded. This situation shows that the Nestle Company as the marketer wish to launch their variety of product and brand, since big market are more likely to be able to support a high volume of goods at future. So, the large markets could bring in more competitors in producing the product as the competition in the market. When Nestls company wants to set up their new product in this country where as the Nestle Company already located in UK but, the company want identify the market size for consumer goods in England, UK where as they wants to commercial more about the Nestle Carrot Milk that developed by Nestls company in Malaysia who are is a big company that has a variety of product that it can offer to the consumer. The data can be collecting by research the types of main data that found through the primary and secondary data in qualitative or quantitative data. In this analysis, the environment of England must be considering before the Nestle Company starts producing and promoting their product. There is the collecting of data that will help the Nestle in analyzing the current situation as well as the environment play the roles towards the marketers in setting their strategies and they can assuming the product when entered in England.

Based on the Figure 3.1 shows that the economy growth in UK which mean the economy is expected to recover in 2010, but give the depth of the recession; output is well below full capacity. It would take a long period of economic growth to overcome the spare capacity. By referring the economy issues, the Nestle can give assumption towards their strategic for set up their price. Besides that, the Nestle can manage their cost such as the logistic, the factory, and raw material and so on about the production of Carrot Milk. This graph has found from the Economic.Help at URLs address is http://www.economicshelp.org.

Population of England and United Kingdom Figure 3.2: Population of UK

Data Source: World Bank, World Development Indicator (Updated February 11, 2011) The United Kingdom population hit until 61,838,164 million of resident population in reach at 2009. The population milestone announced by the England Bureau of Statistic was based on the estimated resident population assumed growth since then of one birth every 1 minute 10 seconds, one death every 2 minutes and 35 seconds, and a net gain of one international migrant every 2 minutes 25 seconds, leading to an overall total population increase of one person every 1 minute and 5 second. The graph shows that the population in United Kingdom reaches the large number for resident population that exists in that places where as nearly 84 per cent of total population are lives in England. By knowing this record of population will make the Nestle can assuming

(http://www.statistics.gov.uk/cci/nugget_print.asp?ID=6) Based on the Office for National Statistics website mentioned that the estimated resident population of the UK was 61,792,000 in mid-2009, up by 394,000 on the previous year. Children aged fewer than 16 represented approximately one in five of the total population, around the same proportion as those of retirement age. In mid-2009 the average age of the population was 39.5 years, up from 37.3 in 1999. Regarding the information, the Nestle can develop the nutrition of Nestle Carrot Milk by referring the age. When look at the age from the Englands population, the Nestle can produce the Nestle Carrot Milk that suitable in which category of age. For example, the majority of children loves drinks the milk and eat carrot in the morning before going to school as their breakfast. So, the age also being part of collective data that important towards the market sizes analyst. The population by gender also give the information towards the market size where as the category of gender mentioned that whether the most probably female or male that loves to drinks the Nestle Carrot Milk as their healthy drinks. Usually, the majority of female category has opportunities involved with this kind of drinks where as the female already mentioned that they are concern their health which are the carrot can make their skin become more beautiful compare to males group not really concern about this kind of things as their routine life. By holding this statement, the Nestle Company can taking the advantages throughout by producing the best quality of carrot milk which is the healths drink will grabbing the females group attention in buying this product.

After redistribution through taxes and benefits, the ratio between the top and bottom fifths is reduced to four-to-one (average final income of 53,900 compared to 13,600). The income for the UK people has reached until 73,800 per household per year compared with 5,000. Here, the Nestle can assuming the price that available to sell in that country. This bar chart was mentioned in the Office for National Statistics web site at http://www.statistics.gov.uk whereas the population that lives in England is 84% mentioned that the people who are lives in England also have the stabile income.

TASK 4 Identify and explain the sources of data collected in instruction no.3.

Population of UK Regarding the data that I analyzed the Figure 3.2 in which the population hit until

61,838,164 million of resident population in reach at 2009 in UK. By viewing the previous instruction I have collected some data regarding total population of UK for 2009 where as 84% is the resident that lives in England. With this data, I can analyze the market size for the Nestle that want to produce new product which is the Carrot Milk as well as can be sell or not in UKs market. Based on the graph shows that the UKs people reach until 61,838,164 million of which this is the latest data that I have founded by last update on February 11, 2011. This data its has been gather by other person as well as this data is the secondary data. As we know, the secondary information is the data that already process by others people which is the data was came out in variety of pattern such as the report, the graph, the article and so on. According this graph of UKs population in Figure 3.2, we can see that the data has reported the population of people in UK started on 1960 until 2009 with the total of population where is the data is quantitative data. Based on my knowledge, this graph is deals with the number where as the population that display with the year and total resident is one part of the number that can be measurement. This record of area size represented by the population density was display on the website at ProjectBritain.UK which is the data that occurs in this statement is the secondary data. According the way of recording, the description such as the name of states and follow by the area size that shows the population on that states (people per sq km). According this record, I was analyzed through the government website which is this records are recorded by Office for National Statistics; National Assembly for Wales; General Register Office for Scotland; Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency that updated Jan 2008. In this statement, stated clearly this data is the external data of secondary information where as the report was founded from the government website. The Nestle Company has identified the element in collecting the data is outside from the information of the company. The Nestle has to finding out by them for gathering the current situation from their knowledge. By holding this data, the Nestle can recognize their market size by referring this data which is the England is the chosen states that the Nestle want to focus in selling the Nestle Carrot Milk. When the Nestle has knowledge about this data which is the area size included the population density, the production of Nestle can arrange the expectation of sales accordingly by specific amount to deliver in that states of England. So, the population of the area size also be important to the Nestle before producing the total of product because to avoiding the damaged goods of Carrot Milk where as the milk is the dairy drink that cannot be keep for long time period.

Analyzing by age and gender Regarding the diagram in Figure 3.4 mentioned the resident population of the UK was

61,792,000 in mid-2009, up by 394,000 on the previous year. Children aged fewer than 16 represented approximately one in five of the total population, around the same proportion as those of retirement age. In mid-2009 the average age of the population was 39.5 years, up from 37.3 in 1999. Besides that, the diagram above is a representation of the age and sex structure of the population, known as a population pyramid. analyst that have done by other people which as the collector of this information has compile together until it exist in this report. Furthermore, this data is containing the quantitative data and qualitative data. At first, the quantitative that can be determine is the resident population of the UK with represent the average age of population. This shows that the total of different population according the average age can be determines as the numeric which is this data can be measurement. For the qualitative data is the gender that appears on the diagram as the qualitative data which are the gender is not a number and cannot be measured. By referring this data, the Nestle Company can measure the target of customer for the new product which is the Nestle Carrot Milk. Usually, this drink is suitable for every one which is all level of ages can drink it because the milk with combination the carrot is the health drink as well as there are the vitamin. Based on the diagram, the ages around 20 years old and above is majority higher than the age who is retirement in age of 80 years old and above. In this situation, the Nestle can targeting the customers for those people that concern on their health where as the Nestle already making the combination of milk and carrot as well as the health drink which is two function into one product. So, the data also important towards the Nestle for analyzing the target market among the gender and age is a part of targeted customers.

In addition, the amount of income that stated on the diagram is the quantitative data where as the total of household income per year is the numeric and data that can be measurement. Besides that, this data is the external information of secondary data which is the report is founded from the other organization web site. The Government Financial Department of UK has analyzed this collective data where as the report will be stated in yearly. According this data, the Nestle Company can assuming and measure the price of the product which is the Carrot Milk. Usually, the price will be the role play towards the product as well as the price will grab the customers attention. By setting up the suitable price towards the carrot milk where as the income of UK people affordable to buy this product as their main drinks such as the morning drink that suitable for healthy.

Statistic of obesity in UK Regarding the diagram in Figure 3.6 mentioned between 1995 and 2000 the proportion

of overweight boys in England aged 2 to 19 years increased by two per cent and the proportion of overweight girls in the same age range increased by three per cent. In the same time period, the proportion of obese boys and girls increased by one per cent. In 2000, 27 per cent of girls aged 2 to 19 years were overweight compared with 20 per cent of boys. In the same year, seven per cent of girls were obese compared with five per cent of boys. This data has analyzed by Health Department in UK for gathered information for Health Survey for England started 1995 until 2000. This data regarding for the health department where as the data that collected after survey, the Health Department of UK will analyzed and came out with the report. So, in this pattern of data is secondary data which is there also in external information. These records can be category in secondary data because clearly defines that the research for the Health Survey in England where as the Health Department has reported this records as their information. Also of our knowledge, this data is the external data because the data that founded is from the Health Department in UKs website. However, the data that stated on the diagram is the quantitative and qualitative data where as these kind of number or words appearance as the quantitative and qualitative data. For the quantitative data, the total of percentage for overweight or obesity can be symbol as

the numeric as well as the data can be measurement. For example, in 2000 show that 27 per cent of girls aged 2 to 19 years were overweight compared with 20 per cent of boys. The number of 27% and 20% included the ages is the numeric that known as the quantitative data. For the qualitative data is the gender or category of sex can be determine as the qualitative data where as the data is well-defined aspects that cannot be measurement. For example is the sex of population which is the boy and girl. By the way, the Nestle Company can having the benefit and get the chance for promoting the new product of carrot milk. When this issue exist in England, the Nestle can taking the chance and persuading people that lives in England to having the health drinks such as the carrot milk. By drinking this product, perhaps the obesity among the children and teenagers will decrease. As we know, the carrot is a vitamin A that needs for the whole day. TASK 5 Based on the data/information you have collected, propose whether the company should market the products in the country and give reasons.

Regarding the information that gathered among the research and types of data that the Nestle have it for estimate the market size in England, UK where as the data that stated in above shows the several reasons why the Nestle should launch the new product of Carrot Milk in UK. In addition of this suggestion, I propose the Nestle should launch and begin the market of carrot milk in England, UK. Based on the data that collecting whether its the quantitative or qualitative of secondary data, the Nestle should launch the market of carrot milk where as the factors that collected represent strongly the affordable the carrot milk can go further in UKs market. Usually, the UKs people only drink the milk as their health and the carrot is the vegetables that have the high demand on that states and country. So, with this combination between carrot and milk, the Nestle effort to persuading the target market to having the benefit from this new product where as the customers that drink carrot milk will have two function or benefit in one product. Besides that, the carrot is one of the vegetables that provide lots of vitamin and good benefit towards the human healthy. This situation who is the Nestle can take the advantage of carrot that combination with the milk. The UK people will influences to buy because the Prince of Wales could owe his healthy glow to a diet rich in organic carrots that report in UK News. This news will give the impact towards the UKs people where as their Prince of Wales also concern and suggested the carrot as the rich organic with the vitamin. Furthermore, the strongly reason that shows for the Nestle has to launch the new product of carrot milk in UK because the UK is one of the country that have the production of carrot which is 3% from others production. Regarding this information, the Nestle do not to worry about the production of carrot because the factory of Nestle that located in UK may have the near production center. For the Nestle in Malaysia, the company only sends or

provides the staffs that are developing this new product go to England, UK for further the R&D production. Besides that, the cost of logistic also can be reducing because of the suppliers of carrot and milk already located in England. For example, the UK Dairy has the factory and producing the fresh milk in everyday and nearly in UK.

Besides that, the England has launched the campaign which is the campaign for people have the good health that more portions of vegetables and fruits a day. This campaign has the respondent and feedback from the population of England. The statistic mentioned that the Englands people already recognize and realize on their health by manage their menu in daily with the fruits and vegetables. In case, the Nestle has opportunities to launch together in this campaign. With this data that mentioned the quantitative and qualitative data already can help the Nestle Company assuming their expectation of sales.

So, the quantitative and qualitative data have been proven as the importantly point that can be determine as the outline to analyzed the market size before the Nestle Company enter the new product in England, UK. In this analyzing, the company has to take responsibility to gathered all data whether it is internal or external data. However, the secondary is the majority of the sources that the Nestle founded. By hold and referring this data, the strategies and guiding of planning clearly stated to the company to set up the business.
