Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority requires services of qualified and experienced personnel to fill the following vacant posts where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit: S. No. 01 Qualification Sr. Engineer (PG-09)(Aircraft Maintenance) (01 Position) (Merit) (Pay: Around 50,000/-) B.E (Aerospace) LWTR in CAT A or C Preferably AME Preference will be given to Masters in Management Must have thorough working and Knowledge of CAA Air Worthiness affairs. Preferably should have done Quality Control / Quality Assurance courses. Maximum 50 Years (Including all Governments age relaxations) Co-Pilot Calibration (PG-09) (Ex-Cadre-C) (02 Positions) (Merit) (Pay: Around 60,000/-) Graduate Total Flying hours 500. However, preference will be given to those who have 1000 or more flying hours experience. Preferably multi engine and calibration experience. Valid CPL/IR License. Additional Courses related to Aviation Industry will also be given preference. Maximum 40 Years Electronics Engineer (PG-08) (13 Positions) (Merit-02, Sindh (U)-01, Sindh (R)-01, Punjab-04, Female Punjab-01, KP-01, Bal-02 & GB/Fata-01) (Pay Scale: 17,335-840-34,135) nd nd BE (Electronics) atleast 2 Division OR BSc atleast 2 Division in Electronics Engineering from UGC / HEC Recognized University. Applicants must be registered in Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Preferably two years post qualification experience in the relevant field. Maximum 30 Years. Electronics Assistant (PG-04) (40 Positions) (Merit-03, Sindh (U)-02 Female Sindh (U)-01, Sindh (R)-04, Female Sindh (R)-01, Punjab-17, Female Punjab-02, KP-03, Female KP-01, Bal-02 Female Bal-01, GB/FATA-01, Female GB/FATA-01 & AJK-01) (Pay Scale: 10,030-465-23,980) nd FSc Pre-Engineering atleast 2 Division OR any Qualification equivalent to FSc (Pre-Engineering) from Recognized College / nd Institution atleast 2 Division. Maximum 30 Years Air Traffic Controller Assistant (PG-04) (30 Positions) (Merit-02, Sindh (U)-02, Sindh (R)-02, Female Sindh (R)-01, Punjab-13, Female Punjab-02, KP-03 Female KP-01, Balochistan-02, GB/FATA-01 & AJK-01) (Pay Scale: 10,030-465-23,980) nd nd F. Sc (Pre-Engineering) atleast 2 Division OR any Qualification equivalent to F. Sc (Pre-Engineering) at least 2 Division Maximum 30 Years Nursing Paramedics (PG-04) (36 Positions) (Sindh (U)-02, Female Sindh (U)-01, Sindh (R)-02, Female Sindh (R)-01, Punjab-15, Female Punjab-05, KP-03, Female KP-01, Bal-02, Female Bal-01, GB/FATA-01, Female GB/FATA-01 & AJK-01) (Pay Scale: 10,030-465-23,980) nd Matric at least 2 Division with Nursing Diploma from any recognized Medical Faculty/Medical Institution with 3 years experience in any Hospital/Institution. Maximum 30 Years. OT Technician (PG-04) (01 Position) (Merit-01) (Pay Scale: 10,030-465-23,980) nd Matric at least 2 Division with OT Technician Diploma from any recognized Medical Faculty / Medical Institute with 3 years experience as OT Technician in any recognized Hospital / Institution. Maximum 30 Years. Lab. Technician (PG-04) (02 Positions) (Sindh (U)-01 & Sindh (R)-01) (Pay Scale: 10,030-465-23,980) nd Matric at least 2 Division with diploma in Lab from any recognized Medical faculty / Medical Institution with 3 years experience as Lab Technician in any Hospital / Diagnostic Centre. Maximum 30 Years. Dental Technician (PG-04) (01 Position) (Sindh (R)-01) (Pay Scale: 10,030-465-23,980) nd Matric at least 2 Division with Diploma / Course from Recognized Medical Faculty / Medical Institution with 3 years experience as Dental Technician in recognized Dental Surgery. Maximum 30 Years. Photographer (PG-03) (01 Position)(Merit) (Pay Scale: 7,595-340-17,795) Intermediate from recognized Board. Minimum 5 years experience in Photography in reputed Organization. Application Procedure: Individuals who meet the above criteria and are interested to work for Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority should send their applications on CAAs Bio-Data Form available at www.caapakistan.com.pk alongwith CV, 02 Nos recent Passport Size Coloured Photographs, attested photocopies of CNIC, Domicile, all Educational, Experience Certificates latest by 22nd February, 2011 to General Manager HR (R&S), Headquarters Civil Aviation Authority, Terminal-I, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. Tel: 021-99072067-8. The applicants shall deposit non-refundable amount of Rs.500/- for the posts mentioned in Sr. No. 01 to S. No. 03 and Rs.200/- for the posts mentioned in S. No. 04 to S. No. 10 in favour of HQ CAA, Karachi through online transfer facility in National Bank of Pakistan, Terminal-1 Branch, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi (Account Title: CAA Collection Account, Branch Code 0003, Account # 2561-8). The applicants would be required to attach the original deposit receipt with the application otherwise their application will not be entertained. This Authority may cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. Note: a) Age relaxation (except post mentioned at S. No. 01) for 03 years in case of candidates belonging to recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, Buddhist Community, Scheduled Casts & Northern Areas, or in case of retired or released Armed Forces Personnel by 15 years or the number of years a person has actually served in the Armed Forces whichever is less or government Servants including contract employees by 10 years who have completed 02 years continuous service on the closing date of this advertisement. 05 years age relaxation will be given to widows / sons / daughters of those deceased Civil Servants who died during service. In case candidates belonging to Sindh (R) and Balochistan, three years age relaxation will be granted including 10 years age relaxation to disable candidates for the posts mentioned at S. No. 04 to 10. Government has relaxed the age of 05 years as a general relaxation. b) Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or submitting incomplete applications will not be considered. c) Tests / Interviews will be held at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta Airports for which separate notices will be issued (depending on the number of candidates). d) No TA / DA is admissible for Test / Interview. e) Candidates using external influence or giving wrong information will be disqualified. f) Appointment will be subject to CAAs standards and medical fitness test. g) Selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan. h) Government servants / employees of autonomous bodies / corporations including CAA employees should send their applications through proper channel. i) Application received after due date will not be considered / entertained. j) Selected candidates for the posts of Electronics Engineer (PG-08), Electronics Assistant (PG-04) & Air Traffic Controller Assistant (PG-04) will undergo basic training at Civil Aviation Training Institute, Hyderabad and during training they will get fixed stipend. Their appointments will be subject to successful completion of training. k) Selected candidates will be required to execute a standard Surety Bond to serve CAA for ten years for the posts of Electronics Engineer (PG-08), Electronics Assistant (PG-04) & ATC Assistant (PG-04) at the time of joining in CAA. l) In case, any educational documents found fake / bogus at any stage, the services of selected candidate will be terminated immediately and he / she will be considered blacklisted in future. m) Women are encouraged to apply.
