Absorption is one of mass transfer processes to separate a specific gas from its mixture using suitable absorbent. In this research, a gas mixture contains CO2 was contacted with NaOH solution as absorbent in a fixed bed column. This research also studied the effect of NaOH solution flow rates at the range of 0.026 to 0.042 Us to the absorption rates.
