This year we hope to make this event a bigger success and we have partnered with the YMCA in Chillicothe. Our focus is on keeping the children and their families safe in Ross County. Our biggest attraction in this event is Trick or Treat Alley. This event will be held at the Shoemaker gymnasium at Ohio University-Chillicothe on October 28, 2011 from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. This letter is asking for a donation to this event. The Human Service Association members are asking for your support. Members of the HSA student club are collecting donations of candy and safe items to support the many activities that the students will be doing with children and parents. We will also have coloring pages, arts and crafts, bounce houses and a costume parade for children. The candy we receive in donations needs to be in sealed store packaging as we will be checking it just before the event. Also, we are inviting those who would like to participate in Trick or Treat Alley to sign up in advance. Donations of candy and prizes for the costume contest may be given to the several students in the Human Services Technology ahead of time. OU-C Trick or Treat Extravaganza Interest Form

The intent of this application is to provide all business, organizations, and interested parties an opportunity to register for participation in our Trickor-Treat Alley during the OU-C Trick or Treat Extravaganza located at the Stevenson Center, OU-C gym. This years event will take place Friday, October 28 from 5 pm to 10 pm. Each business, organization, or interested party assumes the liability and responsibility for any loss or injury while participating and/or attending this event.
