spend money! Choose 14 days per month to shop,
and stIck to your scheduIe. I you run out oI

Purchase only sale items and basics. Use a store`s
ad to make your shoppIng IIst. Stock up on saIe
Items so you wIII need Iess and Iess. Choose basIcs
(Iresh Items IIke daIry and produce) that are aIso on
saIe whenever possIbIe.
Stick to a list. EstImate your totaI cost beIore you go
to the store; rework your IIst at home II you go over
budget. Then stIck to the IIst once you get In the
store.
Consider having your milk and occasionally eggs,
produce, etc. delivered. DependIng upon how much
you need deIIvered, and how much you spend on

Choose a home base store. Make a IIst oI 25 Items
you normaIIy buy. 8uzz through 3 nearby grocery

Take advantage of sales at other stores
periodically. Try to hIt stores aIready on your
errand route and stIck to your IIst.
