On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer.

If i were to rate you over a scale of 10 then my answer would be 10 on 10. The main reasons are that you were very methodological in your approach and as i can see you were keenly observant. You asked me some fairly difficult questions for which i had to think and answer. I also felt at great ease by the way you made me comfortable during the interview.

Tell me about yourself.

Good afternoon Sir. I am really glad to introduce myself. This is XYZ. Now I am doing my final year BE Computer Science with aggregate of 73. 08% up to 6th semester. My strengths are positive attitude, quick learner, doing well under crisis situation, can mingle with people easily. My hobbies are playing n watching cricket. Apart from academics I have also participated in various college events. I was secretary of annual magazine of my college, and I was also a vice-president of my department organization where we organize various events, seminars n workshops. And can lead a team well. My weakness is sometime I m very attentive to small work Can't concentrate on other things till work is over. My short term goal is getting placement in reputed organizations like yours and enhances my skills. My long term goal is to see your organizations at peak level where I am one of the persons responsible for it. I feel good to introduce my family members. My family consists of 4 members. My dad is running a retail shop. My mother is home maker n my brother is working in Cabgemini Pune

Why should I hire you?

Sir I can't say that I am the best out of all the candidates but I can assure you that I will leave no stone unturned to complete the task given to me. One of the positive point of mine is that I can easily adapt to any kind of situation and do my work with full passion.

Weakness. . My bad hand writing.

Sir, I am fresher, I want to learn new tools and technique that enhance my knowledge along with your company growth. I think your company will be perfect for me.

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

If hired I have that much confidence that I can serve better for my company as I have potentials to turn my skills into great results which would give good returns for our company as far as possible I m satisfied with the company.

What are your career options right now?

A career is the sum total of paid and unpaid work, learning and life roles you undertake throughout your life. In my career options what comes first is learning and development. As of now I would complete my post graduate diploma in management. Then I want to get a placement in human resource and that too in selection or recruitment. Being interested in HR I will pursue a bachelors in psychology, as it will further enhance me to analyse people better. And in the long run I want to be in such a position in the organisation that I will be recognized by my work

How much salary do you expect?

"Money is just for living but money only is not a life". So, for my living I am expecting as per as my qualification and company norms.

Why did you resign from your previous job?

Because Change is part of life. I thanks to my previous employer who considered me as their employee & given me a better path for my future but right now I am expecting much more to do in this field so that I can be a one who must have made the change in this field. I am looking for new challenge which will encourage me to earn & learn both as well as my dreams come true. But actuaaly I am leaving my job because of salary increment purpose since from last 2 years my salary has not been hiked, so how can I manage My expenses because rigth now I have a girlfriend also that to 3 nos. So, you can understand my situation.

Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?
No One can improvemtnt herself without working any where, new person always bring new thinks in organization, so, I think I am the right person for this opportunity. well sir,I think the main purpose of this recruitment is to inject fresh blood ,that's why you gave the opportunity to a fresher,doing things in a new& better way
