PABLO, ESTENZO, PADLA, ABELLA, TOLEDO, FERRAREN GROUP 1 THE HUMAN BODY

4T

Everything was created by a good and loving God. He created the Earth, the sky, the birds, the trees and he created human beings. Humans were created in the image of God and were created for good purposes. Our purpose is to always do good, which include guarding and protecting His other creations. We, humans are the stewards of Gods creations. It is His will and our duty to guard, protect, watch over, and to take care of God's other creations by using the bodies He blessed us with. Our bodies do not define us. We are not just material, fleshy bodies. We all have a spirit, one that was created by Him. We all have a spirit He designed, and with our bodies we can act out the things He wants us to do. Our bodies are an important aspect of us. They are a gift from God, enabling us to act out the freedom he gave us. While our bodies enable us to enact what He wants us to do, our consciences, our hearts, and our spirits enable us to do those deeds wholeheartedly. We are able to spread God's love in this way, one of the things that He would've wanted us to bring out into our world. We were created in His image, and therefore we must've been the most special creations. Our body has beauty, harmony, and order-like the world we live around us. It is organized in such a way that we find it beautiful, and it is organized in such a way that our bodily functions fit perfectly together, like a well-fitted puzzle. Besides taking care of His other beloved creations, we use our bodies along with the drive of our spirits to get closer, ever nearer to Him day by day. Since our bodies our so essential to us in our lives, we must take good care of them. We must treat them as they really are-- temples of the Holy Spirit. If we take care of them as we should, we will be able to serve God even more efficiently, even as the years go by. We are facticities. There are facts about us that we cannot change-- the fact that one day, we must die, and the fact that we cannot do everything. But, we are not caged by our facticities. We are also possibilities. We are never ending beginnings. We are never ending stories. There is no telling how much potential we have in us. We are embodied spirits, and our spirits give us the drive and the fuel we need to be able to do the best we can. Just because our facticities are existent doesn't mean we can't do extraordinary things in our lifetimes. And finally, in order to treat our bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit, we must do holy and godly deeds. Deeds that spread God's love, deeds that spread the good news of our God, and deeds that help our world and help the people and the creations that live and flourish in it.
