PRELIMINARIES

The following costs are for those preliminaries required

for the complete execution of the whole of the
CONTRACT SERVICES.

CONTRACT Particulars

For convenience, only those provisions considered to

have an obvious financial effect are set out below and
against each provision, the price is inserted for
compliance:

A Article 11.7 : Performance Bond Item

B Article 19 : Insurance Specific to the Contract Item

CONTRACTOR is deemed to have allowed for

compliance with the remainder of the provisions of the
General Conditions of Contract (which have a
preliminary financial impact). CONTRACTOR has
inserted below any other Article which, in his opinion,
attach a financial consideration, listing the Article
number, heading and the price of complying therewith
in the amount column.
