My Own Interpretation Based on the results above, I have a fairly good communication skills. Communication links people together. If I am to become an entrepreneur I should be good at it in order to properly communicate and express my ideas. I also got a high score on strategic thinking and planning. This is a very important skill for entrepreneurs since entrepreneurship is about and ideas combined wth strategy. I also have a high score in human relations. This is also an important skill of an entrepreneurs since every businesses deals with people be it your employee or your customers. Handling them correctly is a key to your success. My leadership and supervision skills is also high. If I were to become an entrepreneur I should be able to lead people and supervise the business. I may have a good business idea, I may have realized that idea into a tangible business but if I am not able to manage it properly then it will not last long. Finally I have a fairly low score in personal effetiveness. Personal effectiveness means making the most at all personal resources at my disposal - my personal talents, energy and time relative to what's most important to me. I think this is the most essential skill of an entrepreneur. Evething starts from myself. Form our class lecture, I should be able to conquer myself before I conquer the world. This is an area that I have to work hard on in order to be a successful entrepreneur.
