Sorry for writing a little late to you after having a word with you on the phone. As per the talk that I had with you, I wish to complete my graduate work for the academic degree during the coming Fall term 2011. Perse your last emails from the year 2008, you had told me to redo two of my graduate coursework in which I had received a grade of C and write the Praxis examination. You had checked my other requirements which were all completed for the academic course. This is my euid: pas0145 and password: H2umT1um** for you to access my grades and the academic coursework that I had completed so far. You were supposed to have a look at my paperwork if the file still exists in the department of Speech and Hearing Sciences. If the paperwork is not there, I can send you all the requirements, my previous degrees and everything that you need to have a look at. With respect to me gaining admission again to UNT and the department, I will need to reapply to the International admissions office again since my visa for coming to USA expired last year. When I do so, I would be granted an I-20 which is an admission letter for me to apply for the visa again. Also, I got married in the year of 2009 due to which my last name has changed. So instead of Preeti Seth now I have to apply Preeti Bafna to my name. The question that arises is after you go over all the requirements of mine and want me to apply again which name would you want me to re-apply since all the paperwork and the UNT id is in the name of Preeti Seth. Due to my psychological health condition (was been diagnosed with Anxiety neurosis in USA), I was granted the disability accommodations for the Spring of 2007 but had not utilized it during my last semester after which I had to urgently leave to India for my medications and health. I have spoken with the director of Disability accommodations Mr. Ron and he will be reviewing my file and paperwork to grant me accommodations again. The accommodations that I will be applying for is that I will not be able to attend the coursework that you want me to redo but can come to USA once or twice in the semester to give my examinations and presentations since I have already taken the coursework before. This is because I have been under severe medications for my schizophrenia due to which I am sedated all the time and which permits me to be under constant supervision of the doctor and parents. I can send you all the medical reports for you to have a look at so that you can approve for my accommodations. Please let me know at the earliest about the needful that needs to be done from my side since I want to apply for the coming Fall semester 2011.
