SCOPE OF WORK
1. Dismantling of complete existing lift equipment. 2. Replacement of existing controller with `ATLAS make auto door microprocessor based electronic controller V3F drive unit 3.75kw. 3. Replacement of existing manual door with 700mm center opening auto door. 4. Replacement of existing cabin with new MS powder coated cabin. 5. Installation of new car and landing operating panel. 6. Installation of door safety sensor for door safety. 7. Installation of proximity switch, floor sensing switch, floor sensing magnate, inspection panel etc. to suit our requirement. 8. Modification and changing of defective electrical field circuitry to suit our operational system. 9. Alteration of electrical circuitry in the machine room. 10.Testing and commissioning of new system. 11.Provision of rear side mirror along with hand rail. 12.Readjustments of brake, door and machine 13.Replacement of gear and motor bush bearing oil. 14.Cleaning and lubrication of rails, counter weight, rope etc. 15.Musical system without floor announcement. 16.Auto fan cutoff system. 17.Emergency light and alarm circuit.

CLIENTS WORK

1. Civil works as per our requirement. 2. Provide the 3phase power supply and distribution box in machine room as per the regulations. 3. Provide a lockable store room near to the lift shaft. 4. Local labour union issues will be settled by the client.

Payment should be made by cheques or demand draft in favour of ATLAS ELEVATOR INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED payable at Angamaly.

GUARANTEE: One year guarantee only for replacing items from the handing over date. One year free service, DELIVERY AND COMPLETION Our general arrangement drawing will be submitted with in 10days from the date of order with advance. Full material will be supplied with in 20days from the date of receipt of the approved drawing depending up on the site condition. Erection will be commenced with in 7days from the date of receipt of material payment and it will be completed within 30days. All the expense incurred for transportation of materials to site will be free of cost however the unloading charges are payable by client.
