Document purpose This is the new system documentation of package labelling operativeness and packing list management for garments suppliers. You can find descriptions about general features of the application and operational instructions specified with details. General description of procedure Application features Procedure consists mainly of two features: Printing labels to be affixed in packages, PDF printable format labels on A4 format paper (3 labels per page); Packing list data entry with details of sent packages. WEB access You can use this application by internet access from link B2B in Restricted Area of Olimpias website (www.olimpias.it, choose language, click on Restricted Area, click B2B). Login with Username and Password given by Olimpias.

Users and roles Each user profile has a role that influences data access and usable features of this application. Administrator role (Olimpias internal user): Usable data: all data. Usable features: printing labels, packing list management, linked users list. Supplier role: Usable data: data about own order. Usable features: printing labels,packing list management.

P.Orders

This page displays the order lines of the user. Filters: You can restrict the list by applying filters on the following fields: Article ( full code of 8 characters) Status (drop down selection). Clicking on status you can reload the page by appliyng filters. These states are managed by the application: 1. Printable: This is the initial state where you have order lines. Here you can print the package labels inner and also master labels (if any). 2. Inner Printed: Inner labels have been printed but is also required master label print which has not yet been executed. 3. Printed: all the labels referred to the line were printed. 4. Packing list: Packing list has been added, containing order line. Filters can also be used together. Master label printing requires the number of labels to be printed in the field near the icon.

Packing list

This page shows users PL. Filters: Its possibile to reduce list using filters on the following fileds: Invoice (document number) Invoice date (Write both initial anf final date by clicking on the date from calendar (below picture)).

Filters can be used also together. It is possibile to select a Packing list from list to update it or print it clicking on icon available on the left side of all rows. It s also possibile to add a new packing list clicking on the proper link on right top of the page through icon.

This page is empty in case of new packing list entry, full in case you want to update something ( icon of previous page). Here its possibile to: Add new row clicking on New Row Insert/change number and date of invoice reference using Update Header Print packing list ( Print Packing List) Remove a row with Change data row with Invoice date must be add by calendar

This page is displayed clicking on New Row on previous page. Click on the icon to select order row where you need to enter packing list. Warning: If items have different EAN13 codes depending on size, in this page youll find an order row for each size.

Riga Packing List

This page appears in case of new row add after order selection and of update packing list row. Data to add: Standard package number containing requested size ratio with its own weight and dimension (example on 1st green row). Number of size-pieces inside each package without ratio, with its own weight and packaging dimension (2nd and 3rd green rows). List od stickers numbers, printed before and not used (last panel) Click on Confirm to update packing list row with added or updated data, or on Back To Packing List to leave page without any update and go back on packing list.

Packing List row EAN sorted by size

You will see this page if you have created or updated a packing list line following an EAN by size. Data to record: Number of standard cartons on each master carton, with weight and dimension of each carton ( see green line on top chart). List of numbers of standard carton stickers printed before but not used. Click on Confirm to update packing list line with new or updated data, or Back To Packing List to leave from this page without making any update and go back to packing list.
