Assignment #2: Hamlet and Gullivers Travels Oral Presentations Description


At different stages of our discussion of Hamlet (beginning with Act 3) and Gullivers Travels, a short 15 minute oral presentation will be presented by those named after each topic on the list below. These will be assessed according to the descriptors for IB oral presentations (attached). If you have not been assigned an oral presentation this term, you will complete a Literary Journal Assignment this term (see Literary Journal assignment sheet), and then you will complete an oral presentation between January and March. If you complete an oral presentation this term, you will complete a Literary Journal assignment between January and March.

Instructions
You will deliver your oral presentation with the use of notes. The content of your assignment must be backed up by selected short quotations from the text. At the end of your oral presentation, you will hand in your notes for your presentation to me. These notes should be accompanied by a properly formatted bibliography. If any of the secondary sources is a web site, a print out of the material used must be handed in at this time. Your notes must be put through the Turnitin process before your presentation.
