Founded in 1960, by the now Sir Alec Reed - Reed is a specialist provider of permanent, contract, temporary and outsourced recruitment solutions, as well as IT and HR consulting. Reed operates in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, with over 3,000 permanent employees working out of 350 offices across 30 specialisms. What is key to being successful though, is the motivation to succeed, the desire to achieve results and the ability to work within a target driven sales environment. For those that have this, the rewards are fantastic. Business Managers - Our Business Managers need to be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and manage within a performance orientated environment. Knowledge of recruitment is not a prerequisite, but is certainly advantageous. Being able to develop your business through effective sales and client relationships is an essential requirement, as is the business acumen to achieve the financial performance of your operation through effective management of your team. Account Managers - Being the link between Reed and our clients requires candidates that can demonstrate experience of delivering excellent customer service and client relationship skills. Commercially aware with the ability to drive results through remotely based teams are essential requirements. Experience of delivering to Service Level Agreements and exceeding financial targets are also prerequisites.
