Title: See, Touch, Taste, Explore!
Target audience: Location: 1st floor Date of presentation:
Preschoolers (age 4- CPS Gesell Daycare 3-28-2008 at 1:00 PM
5)
Performance Objectives:
Explore and become more familiar of the wide variety of foods
through three different hands-on activities that focus on using
different senses. Our assumption is that they have a general
understanding of colors, shapes, sizes, tastes, and textures prior to
learning, but have not integrated using them to explore various
foods. By the end of the presentation we expect them to have
become more familiar with food, and to increase their excitement
about exploring a variety of foods on their own by using their
senses.
