Redes igned the recruiting and selection processes to incorporate EEOC guidelines and effective selection strategy. During that time, restructures areas of the organi zation to correct consequences and conducted management and executive coaching, employee training and development and plant strategic planning site-wide. Redesi gned job descriptions, policies and procedures, compensation alignment, training and coaching, and incorporated a Work Keys assessment center into recruitment a nd selection as well as movement processes. ? METRO Credit Union - Business Process Reengineering that reduced cycle time of all member transactions from seven days to a half-day, implementation of a univ ersal disclosure process and automation, organizational transformation and human resource architecture redesign, structure and performance management overhaul, compensation and incentives redesign, performance management system and career p ath and employee development, recruiting and selection modification and compensa tion realignment.
